to a more emotive and innovative offering

We partnered with Raiffeisen Bank International to strengthen its business through brand, creating a consistent experience across Central and Eastern Europe. To stand out from legacy competitors and Fintech entrants, Raiffeisen needed to connect trust and reliability with simplicity, ease and innovation.

Building on the new group positioning, we developed a brand strategy aligned with changing customer expectations and a simplified architecture that connected the portfolio. This spoke to tech-savvy newcomers while maximising the value of existing high-value customers.

We then brought the strategy to life with a distinctive visual identity, modernised for digital-first experiences. Protecting core assets like the Gable Cross and yellow, we introduced new icons such as the brand arrows to add impact, focus and personality. Alongside this, we created a campaign look and feel and a sonic identity – from a sonic logo to a master brand theme – translating the brand’s personality into sound.
