Making Progress Together

Dar Al-Handasha is a special company. It was started in 1956 by four professors from the American University of Beirut who wanted to build a specialised engineering firm in the Middle East. 

Working in partnership, we helped Dar from a regional engineering player in the Middle East to a global powerhouse with 10,800 employees. Operating across 40 offices whose mission is to ‘make progress together’, working on some of the most important and exciting building and infrastructure projects in the world, including the world’s largest University For Women in Saudi Arabia, Dubai International Airport and  The Suez Canal.

We helped codify what makes Dar special as a business and use this to drive growth both in terms of international expansion and attracting future talent to the business. Creating a website and launch film as a platform to tell Dar’s amazing story in a more engaging way. This meant designing a new brand identity to reflect this individual, dynamic and reflective nature of their work.
