Learn to move the tough way

 Virgin Active needed to reinvigorate the gym experience to remain ahead. In 2014 they launched The Grid – movement training designed to get people moving fast and in different ways to standard exercise. Playing on the idea of moving in a non-standard way, I worked with photographer John Adrian to photograph the models doing the exercises from six different angles; above, below, left, right, front and back.
